About the Role
Galaxy Weblinks is looking for an experienced Odoo Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Odoo development, customization, integrations, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading Odoo development initiatives and guiding technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo Development & Architecture
· Lead end-to-end Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects.
· Develop and customize Odoo Community and/or Enterprise modules.
· Design scalable and maintainable Odoo solutions based on business requirements.
· Review code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
· Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.
Team & Technical Leadership
· Lead and mentor Odoo developers and provide technical guidance.
· Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Participate in architecture discussions, estimations, and technical planning.
· Ensure development best practices, documentation, and code quality.
Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience in Odoo development.
· Strong hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
· Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), CRM, and HRMS.
· Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, customization, integrations, and APIs.
· Experience in technical team leadership.
· Good problem-solving and client communication skills.
· Experience with Odoo migration, Docker, Git, or cloud deployments is a plus.
