About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can independently come up with fresh content ideas, write engaging scripts, and create short-form videos and UGC (User-Generated Content) for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas independently.
• Write short-form video scripts, captions, hooks, and social media content.
• Create and appear in short-form videos, Reels, and UGC content.
• Shoot and coordinate video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and develop relevant, trend-based content.
• Experiment with different content formats to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements
• 1-2 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, UGC, or a related field.
• English and Hindi – Mandatory.
• Experience in Edtech
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to independently generate content ideas and scripts.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in videos.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC content.
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera.
• Freshers with strong content portfolios/projects are also welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
