Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR team.
Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Good knowledge of IT skills and technical roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
