Asst. Manager / Executive - Brand & Marketing
Location: Stovekraft Corporate Office, Mission Road, Bangalore
Role Overview
Stovekraft Ltd. is seeking a Brand & Marketing Executive to join its Marketing Team and work across its leading consumer brands, including Pigeon and Gilma.
The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and programs across brand, social media, PR, retail and other marketing touchpoints. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, creative/media/digital agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Management & Execution
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Coordinate campaign activities across different marketing channels and ensure timely delivery.
Manage the marketing job list and track projects from brief to completion.
2. Marketing Programs
Drive day-to-day marketing programs across brand, social media, PR, retail marketing and catalogue development.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, take briefs and manage approvals.
Support new product launches, promotions and other brand initiatives.
3. Agency & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with creative, media, digital, PR and other agencies to execute
marketing activities.
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Follow up on open actions and ensure projects move forward as planned.
4. Creative Development & Media
Assist in ideating and developing creative and content for various marketing initiatives.
Review and coordinate creative development with agencies in line with brand guidelines.
Support media planning and execution across relevant offline and digital platforms.
Coordinate social media content and calendar execution.
Good command over the English language and aesthetic sensibilities to do basic grammar and hygiene checks on creative and even provide words and copy inputs to design teams
5. Digital & Performance Marketing
Work with digital and performance marketing agencies on campaign execution and reporting.
Track basic campaign and social media metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on relevant digital, social media and content trends.
6. Budget Management & Reporting
Track marketing budgets, spend, POs and billing.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for commercial and operational requirements.
Prepare campaign trackers, reports and updates for internal review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
1-4 years of relevant experience in brand, digital or marketing roles, preferably in a consumer-facing company.
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Experience coordinating campaigns/projects with agencies and multiple stakeholders.
Strong execution and project management skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Reasonably good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Some interest in Gen AI and new tools will be welcome
