We’re Hiring – Customer Experience Executive | After-Sales Service
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Freshers
Industry: Kitchen Appliances / Customer Service / After-Sales Service
We're hiring Customer Experience Executive to strengthen our Service Quality & Customer Experience function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily FTR & C-SAT customer validation
• Customer feedback – 25 calls/day
• Closed-call documentation audit – 25 calls/day
• Replacement call validation – 20% sample
• Cancellation validation – 10% sample
• PNA call closure vs. parts dispatch tracking
• Weekly RPO vs. part consumption validation
• ASC/DSE performance & defaulter tracking
• Regional service quality scorecard & MIS
We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Good analytical and follow-up skills
- Excel / MIS knowledge
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Experience in service quality/customer experience preferred
