About the job:
🔹 Role: BIM Architect
As a BIM Architect, you’ll play a key role in developing, managing, and coordinating detailed Revit models across architectural and multidisciplinary projects.
🔹 Experience Required
• 6+ years of professional experience in architecture and BIM execution.
• Proven experience working on Revit-based architectural projects (commercial, residential, or industrial).
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage Revit models for architectural and coordination stages.
• Set up and maintain BIM execution plans and project templates.
• Collaborate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and coordination (Navisworks experience preferred).
• Create detailed drawings, schedules, and sheet setups from Revit.
• Implement BIM standards, families, and workflows within project teams.
• Support project leads in maintaining model quality and data accuracy.
🔹 Required Skills
• Revit Architecture (Advanced)
• AutoCAD (for detailing)
• Navisworks Manage (for coordination & clash detection)
• Understanding of BIM standards (LOD, COBie, IFC, etc.)
• Strong visualization and presentation understanding (Enscape/Lumion preferred)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Revit worksharing / BIM 360 / ACC
🔹 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit automation
• Basic understanding of LEED or sustainable design principles
🔹 Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - required
• BIM Certification is a strong advantage
