Sustainability Lead

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

To support the implementation of
sustainability initiatives across Deccan’s manufacturing sites
·
To support the Sites and group in meeting
Sustainability Targets
·
To ensure at high levels of HSE & Q in
sustainability function
·
To ensure deliverables is at desired levels
of quality and efficiency
·
To take lead in Supply chain sustainability
·
To lead climate change mitigation and
adaptation drive
·
To collate & track sustainability data
·
Coordinate with supply chain team and key
stakeholders
·
Coordinate with sites for scope-1, 2 & 3
accounting
·
Auditing of supplier facilities on
sustainability aspects
·
Coordinate suppliers & processor on
sustainability initiatives along with supply chain team
·
Coordinate for Sustainability reporting
·
Coordinate for Product Carbon footprint
reduction initiatives
·
Coordinate for CDP reporting
·
Coordinate for Eco Vadis reporting
·
Coordinate for RC & TFS audit support
related to sustainability
·
To track Sustainability KPI’s related to
supply chain and for the assigned site.
·
To track fuel consumption and quantify
absolute emissions & quantify emission intensity for the site assigned.
·
To work with manufacturing sites on product
carbon footprint calculation and reduction initiatives.
·
To work with manufacturing sites and track
the progress of sustainability KPI’s & initiatives
