Boon (earlier known as Swajal) is a multi-award winning Internet of Things (IoT) enabled water purification solutions provider which offers innovative products like Remote Sensing Water Purification Systems for Top Corporates, High End Hospitality, airports etc.
At Boon, we are changing the way how you think about drinking water.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Associate
You will work directly with Boon Founders. This role doesn't come with a defined set of responsibilities and you will essentially have to be someone with proven experience of building a product & also who will do whatever it takes to scale Boon.
Requirements
1-5 years of working experience
Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity
Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action
An ex-entrepreneur will be preferred
High data literacy, a logical approach and excellent Excel/Sheets skills
Extraordinarily good communication skills and flawless written English
An eye for design and top notch attention to detail
Strong understanding of brand, product, and business
Evidence of extraordinary delivery/achievements in the past
