Role Description The GET Operations role at Boon is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, including monitoring workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of operational activities. The candidate will assist in tracking performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include supporting inventory and logistics coordination, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with sales and service teams to maintain a smooth customer experience. The GET Operations team member will be expected to learn quickly, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to scaling Boon’s operations efficiently.

Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
