Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Responsible Design & Production (RDP) Consultant with strong experience in sustainability, EPR, and product/packaging compliance.
The consultant will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, support RDP-related solutions, and help organizations manage product and packaging sustainability and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Responsible Design & Production (RDP) initiatives and solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to sustainability and compliance.
Work on EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) requirements and processes.
Support product and packaging compliance activities.
Work with product, packaging, and sustainability-related data.
Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams.
Support solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Assist with sustainability and regulatory reporting requirements.
Prepare functional documentation and support UAT.
Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and compliance processes.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall professional experience.
Hands-on experience with Responsible Design & Production (RDP).
Strong understanding of EPR and sustainability requirements.
Experience with product and packaging compliance.
Experience in functional consulting and business requirements gathering.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently with distributed/global teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP Responsible Design & Production.
Experience with sustainability, environmental compliance, or regulatory solutions.
Knowledge of packaging materials and product lifecycle processes.
Experience with sustainability data, reporting, and compliance systems.
Experience working with enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
