Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility across assigned territories. This role involves managing and expanding retail accounts, ensuring product availability, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will regularly visit stores, build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and oversee merchandising standards and promotional activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, planning territory-wise strategies, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams. The role also includes training and motivating field sales staff and beauty advisors to deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold FLiCKA’s brand values.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, target achievement, and account handling.
Experience in retail or FMCG, ideally in cosmetics or beauty, with an understanding of consumer behavior and in-store promotion.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and store staff, with effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Competence in sales reporting, data analysis, and use of basic MS Office tools to monitor performance and plan initiatives.
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide field teams and beauty advisors.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach and willingness to travel within the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region is an advantage.
Interest in makeup and beauty products, alignment with FLiCKA’s values of quality, customer satisfaction, and social responsibility.
