Role Description The Advertising Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and offline advertising campaigns that promote Trilliant’s products, particularly Radiant HR, to target audiences. The Advertising Specialist will manage campaign budgets, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, develop ad creatives and messaging, and monitor performance across channels such as search, social media, display, and email. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, aligning campaigns with product launches, and supporting lead-generation initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis for interpreting campaign performance and optimizing ad strategies.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for crafting clear messaging, collaborating with teams, and presenting campaign insights.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including knowledge of digital advertising platforms, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as understanding the sales funnel and aligning advertising efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
Candidates should ideally have experience with online ad tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad managers), basic knowledge of analytics platforms, and familiarity with B2B or HR software markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business and market needs.
