About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands social media beyond just posting content. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, coordinating content, building communities, and helping grow our brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other relevant platforms
 As a part of the Social Media team, you will be expected to create content independently based on current trends, formats, memes, sounds and relevant cultural moments not just coordinate or publish content.
 Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar
 Coordinate with the Creative, Content, Influencer and Marketing teams for content execution
 Publish posts, Reels, Stories and other content as per the calendar
 Track social media trends, formats, sounds, memes and cultural moments
 Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, engagement content and social-first campaigns
 Manage community engagement comments, DMs, mentions and tags
 Coordinate with influencers/creators for social media content
 Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
 Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers and traAic
 Identify what content is working and recommend improvements
 Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual language and communication
 Support launches, campaigns, events and other marketing activities
 Stay updated with competitors and identify opportunities for the brand to stand out
What We’re Looking For
 2–3 years of experience in social media management/execution
 Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels
 Good understanding of current social media trends and internet culture
 Strong content sense and ability to identify what will work on social
 Good communication and coordination skills
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
 Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights
 Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, D2C, youth or consumer brands is a plus
 Someone who is proactive, creative and willing to experiment
