What You'll Bring
Proven experience sitting in the Controller seat with full ownership of the accounting function/P&L
Experience in a mid-market environment, ideally $50M–$300M in revenue
Strong technical accounting background
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction
Knowledge of percentage-of-completion, WIP, and cost accounting
Experience building an opening balance sheet and/or leading a cash-to-accrual conversion
Strong client presence and the ability to communicate with C-level executives
Willingness to travel approximately 25%, with travel varying by engagement
CPA, consulting experience, PE-backed experience, and FP&A/modeling skills are valued but not required.
