We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our client's growing technology team supporting Salesforce and nCino within a financial services environment. Our client is based in Fort Worth, TX and indicated for interested individuals outside of a 100 mile radius of their office they'd be open to mostly remote - you would still need to come into the office occasionally for major meetings.
Position Overview
This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology, helping translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions within Salesforce .The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, understands how to gather and translate business requirements, and is comfortable supporting users and improving business processes. Financial services or lending experience is strongly preferred, while direct nCino experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support the Salesforce platform, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security, objects, fields, page layouts, and other platform configurations.
Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow and other declarative tools.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Support the organization's Salesforce and nCino environments and help ensure the platforms effectively support lending and other business processes.
Troubleshoot user, configuration, data, workflow, and system issues and coordinate resolution as needed.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide meaningful information to business users and leadership.
Assist with data quality, governance, security, and ongoing platform maintenance.
Participate in testing, release management, system enhancements, and new functionality.
Support end users through troubleshooting, training, documentation, and adoption of new functionality.
Work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize the value of Salesforce.
Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, enhancements, and procedures.
Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Strong experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in a production environment.
Experience with Salesforce Flow, security and permissions, objects and fields, reports and dashboards, and other core administrative functionality.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience partnering directly with business users and cross-functional stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, governance, and Salesforce security best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within financial services, banking, credit unions, mortgage, commercial lending, consumer lending, or another lending-related environment.
Understanding of lending processes such as loan origination, credit, underwriting, closing, or servicing.
Experience with nCino or another loan origination/lending platform.
Salesforce Administrator certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
