We’re hiring an MD focused on the capital raising and M&A side of our team. We have top-tier deal flow and no shortage of mandates / opportunities to raise for.
Position Overview
The MD will be responsible for leading capital-raising and select sell-side M&A transactions, engaging investors, speaking with clients, and driving successful deal closures. This is a senior role within the firm, working closely with other team members, clients, and investors to ensure seamless execution. Success in this position is measured by the ability to drive transactions to completion, secure investor commitments, and enhance the firm’s market position through exceptional execution and select origination.
Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed under FINRA
Experience raising $10M–$400M+ tickets for sectors like biotech, AI, infrastructure, technology, industrials, or other specialised industries
Proven track record raising from family offices, HNWIs, VCs, and growth equity investors for private companies
6+ years in IB, PE, or VC
Deep investor relationships and strong execution capabilities
