Position
We are expanding our life sciences practice and are hiring a senior healthcare investment banker to support and lead capital raising and M&A transactions for early- to middle-market life sciences companies.
We have access to top-tier deal flow and a strong pipeline of high-quality mandates to execute across the sector.
What we're looking for:
Senior healthcare investment banker / M&A professional with extensive transaction experience in biotech, medtech, and broader healthcare
Prove track record and ability to lead and execute early-middle market healthcare capital raising and M&A transactions
Strong investor relationships with family offices, VCs, and strategics looking to invest in life sciences deals
Licensed under FINRA (Series 7/82 or similar)
7+ years in IB, PE, or VC roles
