Position
We are expanding our technology practice and are hiring a senior software investment banker to support and lead capital raising and M&A transactions for early- to middle-market software and technology companies.
We have access to top-tier deal flow and a strong pipeline of high-quality mandates across SaaS, enterprise software, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, vertical software, and broader technology sectors.
What We’re Looking For
Senior technology investment banker / M&A professional with extensive transaction experience across software, SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or broader technology sectors
Proven track record leading and executing lower-middle-market software capital raises and M&A transactions
Strong relationships with technology-focused VCs, growth equity firms, family offices, strategic acquirers, and institutional investors
FINRA licensed (Series 7/79/82 or equivalent)
7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
