Role Description The Python and Web Development Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs focused on Python, web technologies, and related tools for learners at different proficiency levels. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves preparing and updating training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners, and assessing performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with the training and HR teams to align course content with industry standards, support corporate training initiatives, and contribute to curriculum improvements. Additional responsibilities include providing feedback to learners, maintaining training records, and supporting placement readiness through technical interview preparation and project guidance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience delivering technical or corporate training programs.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clarity in explaining complex technical concepts and strong presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess Human Resources (HR) and Training-related coordination skills to collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, feedback, and learner support.
Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills to design, update, and structure Python and web development course content aligned with industry needs.
Solid hands-on expertise in Python, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and at least one web framework (such as Django or Flask) is highly beneficial.
Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or corporate faculty in software development or web development is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a classroom environment, support diverse learners, and use modern training tools and platforms.
