Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training through online and offline modes.
Develop practical, industry-oriented course content and training materials.
Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, assignments and projects.
Mentor students and working professionals.
Design and evaluate assessments, projects and technical assignments.
Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Support academic, corporate and professional training programs.
Stay updated with current industry tools, technologies and practices.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of the relevant technology.
Prior training/teaching experience and/or industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct hands-on/project-based training.
Experience with real-world projects is an advantage.
Trainers with industry certifications are preferred.
