Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an AWS Solution Architect Associate Certified Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on AWS solution architecture concepts, services, and best practices for corporate and institutional learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing course content, labs, and assessments; conducting interactive classroom and workshop sessions; and mentoring participants to prepare for AWS Solution Architect Associate certification. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training with industry needs, providing consulting guidance on cloud adoption and architecture patterns, and tailoring learning paths to different experience levels. The trainer will also track learner progress, maintain training documentation, and stay current with AWS updates and emerging cloud technologies.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Solution Architecture and Integration, including designing scalable, secure, and highly available AWS-based solutions.
Experience in Consulting and Business Process analysis, with the ability to translate organizational requirements into effective cloud architectures and training use cases.
Hands-on background in Software Development, particularly in building and deploying applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (mandatory), with demonstrated experience delivering technical training or workshops.
Proficiency in core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation) and understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
Experience creating training materials, labs, and assessments, and using learning management systems or virtual training tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with corporate clients and internal teams, and adapt content for different skill levels and backgrounds.
