Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that power AI-driven productivity tools and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI models and automation platforms, writing clean and scalable code, and collaborating with product and content teams to translate user needs into technical features. The engineer will participate in code reviews, optimize performance and reliability, and ensure secure, maintainable architectures for web-based and automation solutions. Documentation of features, debugging issues, and continuous improvement of existing systems are core aspects of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dharmapuri.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with experience in building production-ready applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including designing and consuming APIs and working with databases.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP principles to build modular, reusable code.
Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar).
Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code workflows is highly beneficial.
Comfort working in a collaborative environment, with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Dharmapuri and contribute to an inclusive, respectful work environment.
