Deepgrids is building the execution layer for enterprise revenue.
Large companies have more software than ever, but much of the work required to move revenue forward is still manual. Information is fragmented across CRM, email, contracts, pricing systems, internal policies, and the people who understand how the business actually operates.
Deepgrids connects that context and gives AI agents the ability to reason over it and take action across existing systems.
We're starting with complex enterprise deals, where sellers, finance, legal, security, deal desk, and operations still spend significant time coordinating work across systems. Over time, we're building toward a broader execution layer capable of handling increasingly complex commercial work.
The Role
We're looking for a Founding Engineer to join a small team building the core Deepgrids platform.
You'll work across product, AI, backend systems, and infrastructure. Some problems will be straightforward engineering. Others won't have an obvious implementation yet.
That includes building systems that can maintain context across long-running work, reason over information from multiple enterprise systems, coordinate agent actions, determine when human judgment is required, and execute reliably in environments where mistakes actually matter.
You'll work directly with the founders and have significant influence over the architecture, product, and engineering culture of the company.
What You'll Work On
• Agent infrastructure for long-running, multi-step enterprise work
• Context and memory across CRM, email, documents, policies, and other enterprise systems
• Integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft
• Reliable tool use, permissions, approvals, and human-in-the-loop execution
• Evaluation and observability for agent behavior
• Backend and product infrastructure supporting the broader Deepgrids platform
• New approaches as models improve and previously difficult problems become tractable
What We're Looking For
We're looking for strong engineers with high technical judgment and the ability to move quickly through ambiguous problems.
You may be early in your career or already have several years of experience. We care more about the quality of your work and how quickly you learn than a specific number of years.
You should have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience building real systems, and an interest in working across traditional engineering boundaries. Experience with LLMs, agents, distributed systems, developer infrastructure, or enterprise software is valuable, but we don't expect one candidate to have done all of it.
Most importantly, you should be someone who can take ownership of a difficult problem, understand it deeply, and build.
Why Deepgrids
This is an opportunity to join while fundamental technical and product decisions are still being made.
The question we're working on is larger than how to add AI features to existing enterprise software. We're interested in what enterprise software looks like when models can understand context, make decisions, and execute meaningful work across the systems companies already use.
If that transition happens, a significant amount of software built primarily for humans to operate will need to be rethought.
We're early enough that the engineers joining now will help determine what Deepgrids becomes.
