Cargowise Implementation Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a CargoWise Implementation Specialist to support the end-to-end setup, configuration, and maintenance of the CargoWise One platform. Working under the guidance of our lead systems team, you will execute module configurations, handle data migration, build custom workflows, and assist end-users across our freight forwarding, customs, and logistics operations to ensure maximum system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
System Setup & Configuration
Execute daily CargoWise One module configurations (Forwarding, Customs, Enterprise, Warehouse) based on business requirements.
Assist with data mapping, data cleansing, and system migrations from legacy TMS/ERP software.
Build and maintain customized document templates, system forms, and operational workflows.
Integration & Technical Support
Assist with basic eAdaptor and EDI data mapping for integrations with external carriers, customs, and financial systems.
Act as the primary tier-2 support contact for CargoWise user queries, system bugs, and workflow bottlenecks.
Log, track, and follow up on technical support tickets directly with WiseTech Global.
User Support & Training
Conduct hands-on training sessions and create user guides/SOPs for local operational teams.
Assist during go-live phases with hypercare support, issue resolution, and operational troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
CargoWise Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience using or configuring CargoWise One within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
Certifications: CargoWise Certified Practitioner (CCP) preferred (or working towards certification).
Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of sea/air freight forwarding operations, customs entry, or logistics accounting.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with XML, data mapping, basic SQL, or custom document editing.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
Clear communication skills for training and assisting daily system users.
