About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers, Financial Consultants, Bancassurance Representatives, and Unit Managers with a strong track record in insurance, banking, or HMO.
This is an opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are confident in client relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
College graduate
At least 1 year of relevant experience in insurance, banking, HMO, financial services, or related industries
Valid Insurance Commission (IC) License
Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
Able to provide a production or performance report as proof of sales achievement
Must be able to provide a clearance/release from previous insurance company, where applicable
Candidates with a 30-day notice period are welcome to apply
Work Setup
Enjoy a flexible work arrangement designed for relationship-driven sales professionals:
4 days field work (work from anywhere)
1 day onsite at the Makati office for meetings

1. Initial Qualification & Endorsement

2. Onsite Interview with Branch Head
Shortlisted candidates will have one onsite interview with the Branch Head. Candidates are expected to attend in formal business attire.
