Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect | Up to $150K + 10% Bonus | US Remote (Hybrid required if based in the NYC area)
We're looking for a Solutions Architect to join a fast-growing AI-powered legaltech SaaS company and help enterprise organizations transform complex business and legal processes through automation and AI.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as a senior technical partner throughout enterprise implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to:
Design scalable enterprise solution architectures
Lead technical discussions around REST APIs, webhooks, data flows, SSO, and SCIM
Architect integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday, Okta, and DocuSign
Build and configure automated workflows and AI-powered/agentic solutions
Write and debug custom JavaScript when needed
Support complex data migrations and system integrations
Partner with enterprise IT, security, and architecture teams
Create reusable technical playbooks, solution templates, and reference architectures
Collaborate with US and Australia-based Product, Design, and Engineering teams
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
7+ years of relevant technical experience
Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, TAM, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
Deep understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks
Intermediate JavaScript skills
Experience with complex SaaS integrations
Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, prompts, LLMs, or AI agents
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a startup / early-stage SaaS environment
Ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
US work authorization — no sponsorship available
Some domestic travel may be required, approximately once per quarter.
