HIRING: Sr. Tax Client Manager | Remote | Philippines
Are you a senior US tax professional who has moved beyond tax preparation and enjoys working directly with clients, providing tax advice, and helping small-business owners make informed decisions?
We’re looking for a Sr. Tax Client Manager to join a growing US-based team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a Philippines-based professional with strong US tax experience.
💼 What you'll do:
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 US small-business clients
• Serve as the primary tax advisor and client point of contact
• Lead virtual client meetings and tax-planning discussions
• Provide proactive US tax and accounting guidance
• Prepare and review 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120-S returns
• Review financial statements and identify tax-planning opportunities
• Answer client questions and resolve tax-related issues
• Delegate and review work completed by junior team members
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the year
⭐ What we're looking for:
• 7–10+ years of US tax experience preferred
• At least 5 years of direct US-client experience strongly preferred
• Strong experience with individual AND business tax returns
• Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120-S
• Proven tax-planning/advisory experience
• Comfortable independently leading meetings with US clients
• Experience reviewing returns prepared by others
• Strong spoken and written English
• CPA or EA, or actively pursuing one
• Experience supervising or delegating work is a plus
• Drake Tax and QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Able to work US Eastern Time business hours
