Director of Sales | Aerospace Robotics | Build the U.S. and Global Market

Location: Remote in the Pacific Northwest
Join an early-stage advanced technology company developing robotic inspection and imaging systems for aerospace, space, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
Founded in 2023, the company is bringing advanced medical-style imaging technology into industrial environments by combining robotics, X-ray and CT imaging, sensors, software, and automation. Its systems can inspect large aircraft, rocket, and composite structures that are difficult or impossible to fit inside traditional CT equipment.
This will be the company’s first dedicated U.S. commercial hire, with the opportunity to take over meaningful existing demand and ultimately build the U.S. sales organization.
Technology: Proprietary robotic CT technology capable of inspecting large, complex structures at extremely high resolution. Customers using robotic positioning have seen inspection-time savings of up to 80%, and the newest system can achieve resolution down to approximately 2 microns in certain applications.
Proof of concept: The technology has already been deployed by the top Tier One Aerospace and Spacecraft companies globally.
Traction: Hundreds of existing leads and inquiries, active RFQs, and growing demand across aerospace and advanced manufacturing. Typical systems sell for approximately $800K–$1.2M, with larger opportunities reaching $3M+.
Market Credibility: The company has established an advanced inspection center with technology focused on next-generation aerospace and defense applications. Its launch attracted attendees from organizations including SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, and Hill Air Force Base.
Impact: Work directly with the founders and engineering team while helping define sales strategy, pricing, account coverage, CRM/process, GTM strategy, and eventually the structure of the U.S. sales team.
Growth: The company is expanding its Pacific Northwest presence with plans for a new Beaverton, Oregon-area office and demonstration facility, creating an important hub for customer demonstrations and future commercial growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $150K+, with flexibility for the right candidate
OTE: $300K+

The Right Background:
Successful track record selling complex capital equipment, aerospace technology, automation, robotics, NDT/NDE, inspection systems, metrology, or other highly technical solutions
Experience managing complex sales from several hundred thousand dollars into seven figures
Comfortable selling to engineers and technical stakeholders while navigating procurement, finance, and executive leadership
Strong new business, strategic account, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities
Builder mentality and comfortable operating in a small, founder-led environment where the commercial playbook is still being created
