The Opportunity
We are hiring a Territory Manager – Dental Sales Specialist for Montreal and Quebec, our client's highest-potential region in Canada, representing an estimated 60% of the national opportunity. This field-based role suits someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building and helping dental teams improve patient outcomes through better products.
You'll use your clinical background to educate, demonstrate and sell a full portfolio of dental products, growing wallet share and building strong partnerships with dental offices and distributors.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a high-potential territory: Montreal, Quebec City and occasional Ottawa.
Lead the conversation on amalgam-free restorative options as practices prepare for the 2034 phase-out.
Conduct 30+ face-to-face calls per week, a mix of warm, cold and follow-up visits.
Visit about 7 dental offices per day to educate, demonstrate and sell.
Run in-office demos, clinical conversations and product training.
Build strong relationships with dentists, hygienists, assistants, practice managers and distributors (Schein, Patterson, K-Dental, Sinclair and others).
Train distributor reps and co-travel with them to clinics.
Attend trade shows, CE events and study clubs.
Execute territory plans, manage Salesforce, handle expenses and hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Travel overnight about every 5 weeks (e.g., 2–3 days in Quebec City).
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
Dental hygienist or dental assistant experience (2- 5+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of dental practice workflow.
Fully bilingual in French and English.
A genuine interest in restorative materials and minimally invasive dentistry.
Passion for education, relationship-building and being on the road.
Self-motivated, organized, resilient and comfortable with high call volume.
Nice to have
1–2 years in dental sales, brand ambassadorship or product training (clinicians already in dental sales are encouraged to apply).
Experience working with dental distributors.
Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce a bonus).

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: CAD 75,000–85,000
Commission: uncapped, with a realistic $40K+ at plan and accelerators
Bonuses: quarterly bonuses tied to hero products, plus an annual performance bonus
Expenses: mileage reimbursement and business expenses covered
