Role Description

This is a remote, performance-based position within the personal development and leadership education sector, designed for experienced HR professionals who want to use that skill directly rather than around the edges of an administrative function.
What the Role Looks Like
Consultative conversations: engage with prospective clients internationally, assessing alignment and suitability
Campaign execution: run advertising across digital platforms within proven, established systems
Program representation: share approved information about structured e-learning and development programs
Performance insight: interpret campaign data and refine your approach with evidence
Ongoing development: participate in structured mentoring and continued professional growth
Who This Is For
People background: you bring significant experience in human resources, talent, recruitment, people and culture, or organizational development
Strong judgement of people: you can assess suitability quickly and honestly, and you are comfortable saying when something is not a fit
Comfortable being mentored: you are willing to learn a proven model rather than rebuild one from scratch
Self-directed: you manage your own time and hold your own standard without supervision
Performance-oriented: you are comfortable with earnings tied to your own results rather than a fixed salary
Backgrounds in human resources, talent acquisition, people and culture, learning and development, employee relations, or organizational development are well suited to this role.
