Company Description Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Ltd. is a joint venture between the Murugappa Group, one of India’s leading business conglomerates, and Mitsui Sumitomo, one of Japan’s largest insurance providers.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Goa, India.
Regularly engage with Agents to drive business.
Support Agents with policy issuance.
Identify potential business partner.
The Sales Manager is also expected to uphold compliance standards, ensure ethical selling practices, and represent the company at local events, meetings, and trainings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Competence in sales planning, territory management, and market analysis to drive sustainable business growth.
Knowledge of general insurance concepts and local market dynamics in Goa; fluency in English and relevant regional languages is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as required, and maintain high standards of integrity and customer-centric behavior.
