SAP PMO Consultant

Job Description:
EXPERIENCE: 6 Years - 9 Years
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end SAP projects and programs across multiple workstreams.
Establish project governance, PMO processes, reporting frameworks, and steering committee reviews.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality parameters.
Drive issue resolution and remove project roadblocks proactively.
Manage dependencies across SAP and non-SAP applications.
SAP Functional Oversight (SD & FI)
Provide functional oversight for SAP SD and SAP FI workstreams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and solution designs.
Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules including SD, FI, MM, PP, WM, and external systems.
Review functional specifications, business process designs, and testing strategies.
Monitor module-level deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
PMO Governance
Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
Conduct weekly status reviews and executive reporting.
Prepare dashboards for project health, risks, issues, budget, scope, and resource utilization.
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
Track action closures and decision registers.
Testing, Cutover & Go-Live
Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management activities.
Coordinate cutover planning and execution.
Ensure readiness for deployment through comprehensive go-live checklists.
Lead go-live command center activities.
Hypercare Management
Plan and manage post-go-live Hypercare support.
Establish Hypercare governance, support model, and escalation frameworks.
Monitor business-critical incidents and service levels.
Drive issue resolution with functional and technical teams.
Track and report Hypercare KPIs.
Manage smooth transition from Hypercare to Application Maintenance/Support teams.
