About the role
IRGB Technologies builds SaaS software for the education, healthcare and OTT industries. We are looking for someone who can own the full HR function — from hiring to management.
Key responsibilities
Talent acquisition
End-to-end hiring for tech roles (developers, QA, integration engineers) and non-tech roles
Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals; screening and interview coordination
Offer rollout, negotiation and follow-up until joining
Maintaining the hiring tracker and basic metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
HR operations
Managing attendance, leave and the holiday calendar across all three offices
Onboarding, documentation, employee records and exit formalities
Coordinating payroll inputs with the Gurugram accounts office
Drafting and implementing HR policies (leave, WFH, probation)
PR and employer branding
Managing the company's presence on LinkedIn and the website
Announcements around events (such as GFF), partnerships and milestones
Campus and institute tie-ups, and internship programs
Internal communication and employee engagement
Requirements
2–5 years in recruitment and HR operations, preferably at an IT/SaaS or fintech company
Practical understanding of screening for technical roles
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and an HRMS tool
Strong written and spoken English and Hindi
An organised approach to coordinating across multiple locations
