Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive visibility, qualified leads, and measurable growth for clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing social media presence, coordinating content and email marketing initiatives, and implementing lead generation funnels. The role involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and using data insights to refine campaigns for better ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with founders and internal teams, align marketing activities with client growth goals, and leverage AI-enabled tools and systems to ensure consistent execution. This role also includes staying current with digital marketing trends and recommending new tactics and tools to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, including strategy development and campaign management across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing for brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
Proven Lead Generation skills, including building and optimizing funnels, nurturing sequences, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Proficiency in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working directly with founders and small business teams.
Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in startup, coaching, or service-based business environments is a plus.
