Role Description The Client Acquisition Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving new business and qualified leads for Fuzia Talent’s founder-focused growth services. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and nurtures potential clients such as founders, coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses through proactive outreach, discovery calls, and tailored follow-ups. The Client Acquisition Manager collaborates with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, optimize funnels, and align outreach campaigns with strategic project sprints and ongoing execution offers. This role manages a pipeline of prospects, tracks performance metrics, and continuously tests and improves acquisition strategies across channels such as email, social, and partner networks. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and an ability to translate client needs into clear solutions and proposals that support sustainable, outcomes-driven growth.
Qualifications
Client acquisition and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion-focused communication.
Business development capabilities, such as building partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Marketing and growth skills, including basic understanding of digital marketing, content and social media, and lead funnel optimization.
Strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data from CRM and tracking tools, refine outreach strategies, and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication, strong listening abilities, and a consultative approach to discovery and proposals.
Organizational and remote work skills, such as time management, task prioritization, and comfort collaborating with distributed teams using digital tools.
Experience in working with founders, coaches, consultants, or service-based businesses, ideally in a B2B or growth-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in client acquisition and sales.
