Education
B.E./B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical; ADIS / PG Diploma in Industrial Safety. NEBOSH IGC/Diploma and IOSH preferred.
M.Sc. Environment / Environmental Management desirable.
Experience
Preferably 8–15+ years relevant experience in HSE documentation, IMS, infrastructure/EPC/construction, international projects, tendering or corporate HSE coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Business Development & Tender Support
• Prepare HSE documentation for EOI, RFQ, RFP, Prequalification and Tender submissions.
• Coordinate project-specific HSE documentation with Business Development.
• Develop HSE/ESG credentials, project experience sheets, CVs, organization charts and compliance statements.
• Maintain a central database of HSE plans, procedures, audits, statistics, awards and project credentials.
• Review tender documents and prepare HSE compliance matrices.
• Preparation of Environment and Social Management Plan and Its Sub-Plan
• Do the gap Analysis in Tender document requirement and Project.
• Handle the Data Bank of Tender Documents and HSE Plans, ESMS Plans and its Submission Number and data management and Revision Status.
B. International HSE & E&S Documentation
• Coordinate ESMS, ESMP, World Bank ESS, IFC requirements and due-diligence documentation.
• Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Community Engagement Plan and Grievance Redress Mechanism.
• Coordinate Labour Management, OHS, GBV/SEA/SH, HIV/AIDS awareness and project sensitization documentation.
• Support EIA and SIA documentation.
C. HSE / IMS Documentation
• Maintain QMS, EMS and OHSMS/IMS documentation.
• Prepare/review HSE policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions and checklists.
• Coordinate HIRA/JSA, Emergency Preparedness, Road Safety and Accident Prevention documentation.
• Maintain training, competency, audit, CAPA, environmental and GHG monitoring records.
D. Legal & Regulatory Compliance Documentation
• Maintain HSE, environmental, labour and social legal registers and evidence.
• Coordinate permits, licences, approvals and statutory records.
• Support liaison documentation with Factory Inspectorate, PCB, MoEF/environmental authorities and local authorities, where applicable.
E. Due Diligence & Client Compliance
• Support HSE & Social due diligence for international clients, lenders and consultants.
• Prepare client/consultant HSE questionnaire responses.
• Coordinate World Bank/IFC evidence and action trackers.
• Track client comments and ensure timely response and closure.
