Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review contractual correspondence related to variations, EOT, claims, notices and contractual obligations.
Provide techno-legal support to project and contracts teams on contractual matters and risks.
Prepare and review claims, counterclaims, contractual notices and supporting documentation.
Support arbitration, dispute resolution, conciliation and legal proceedings.
Analyse contracts, project records and correspondence to identify contractual rights, obligations and potential risks.
Advise project teams on contractual risk mitigation and compliance.
Prepare contractual reports, submissions and management documentation.
Coordinate with project, commercial, legal teams, consultants and other stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering + Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, dispute resolution and techno-legal matters.
Experience in road, highway and bridge projects is essential.
Exposure to NHAI, MoRTH, State PWD or similar government-funded infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, arbitration and construction claims will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between technical/project execution and legal/contractual requirements, with strong analytical, documentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
