Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Suar. The Assistant Manager will support project planning and execution, monitor daily operations, and coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule and within quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting with documentation, reporting progress, managing resources, and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves problem-solving on operational issues, supporting cost control measures, and collaborating with senior management to achieve project and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to analyze project data, prepare reports, and support decision-making using basic project management and MS Office tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders on-site.
Knowledge of construction or infrastructure project processes, safety practices, and regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; relevant experience in project or site management is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Suar, adapt to dynamic project environments, and uphold ethical and professional standards.
