Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Director to lead service delivery for projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing cross-functional teams and executing projects within an onshore-offshore engagement model. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet service level agreements (SLAs) while managing stakeholder expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsiblities :-

Oversee the end-to-end service delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects in migration, integration, development, and support environments.
•
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
•
Lead change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements.
•
Handle incident management to resolve issues promptly and minimize disruptions.
•
Conduct resource planning and allocation to maximize team efficiency and project success.
•
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
•
Generate and present project reports and dashboards for transparency and progress tracking.
•
Create and maintain technical documentation to support project execution and knowledge transfer.
•
Foster the adoption of best practices in project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
•
Work with cloud technologies (Azure, Oracle and Salesforce).
•
Work with AI & open AI platforms.
Must have:-
•
8 to 12 years of experience in technical delivery and service management.
•
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including PMP and ITIL certifications.
•
Extensive experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
•
Proven track record of successful project delivery in migration, integration, development, and support environments.
•
Experience working in onshore-offshore engagement models.
•
Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure, Oracle and Salesforce).
•
Experience with AI platforms.
•
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
