Role Description The Full Stack Engineer | AI will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and AI-driven features that support clients’ growth and operational needs. This full-time remote role involves working across the front-end and back-end stack, integrating machine learning models and AI services into production systems, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and consulting teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementing APIs and data pipelines, optimizing user interfaces, and monitoring applications in a cloud environment. The engineer will also contribute to technical architecture decisions, participate in code reviews, write documentation, and continuously improve development practices and tooling. This role is suited for someone comfortable working independently in a distributed team and engaging with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong full stack development skills, including modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
Experience with AI and machine learning integration, such as working with ML frameworks, AI APIs, or deploying models into production environments.
Proficiency in databases and data handling, including relational and/or NoSQL databases, API design, and data pipeline implementation.
Comfort with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, such as containerization, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and basic infrastructure-as-code.
Solid software engineering foundations, including clean code, testing, debugging, and version control (e.g., Git).
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in remote, distributed teams with global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with startups, consulting environments, or fast-growing companies is a plus.
