Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions that address real-world business challenges for global clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning models, implementing and optimizing neural networks, and applying pattern recognition techniques to large, complex datasets. The role involves working with natural language processing (NLP) systems, integrating AI components into software applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The AI Engineer will also maintain documentation, monitor model performance, and continuously improve AI systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and ethical use of data.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience with deep learning frameworks and model optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including building, fine-tuning, and deploying language models or text-processing pipelines.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts, data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods relevant to AI solution design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices (e.g., model deployment, monitoring, version control) is an advantage.
Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and ethical considerations in AI development is beneficial.
