Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer at Dalia’S Recruitment, supporting DamaRec Global’s clients. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.
Qualifications
Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, server-side frameworks, and database integration.
Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with startup or consulting environments and global, multi-time-zone collaboration is beneficial.
