🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and AI-focused AI Creative Video Specialist who can independently conceptualize, create, generate, and edit high-quality videos using the latest Generative AI and Video AI tools.
The ideal candidate should be an expert in AI prompting and capable of turning ideas, scripts, concepts, and marketing requirements into engaging, professional video content.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality AI-generated videos for social media, marketing, advertising, websites, and campaigns.
Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, scripts, scenes, and visual directions.
Use advanced AI video generation and image-generation tools to create original content.
Write and optimize prompts for generating realistic, cinematic, creative, and engaging visuals.
Handle the complete video production process — Concept → Prompt → Generation → Editing → Final Output.
Create AI avatars, character-based videos, product videos, promotional videos, reels, explainers, and short-form content.
Combine AI-generated footage with professional editing, transitions, sound effects, music, text, and motion graphics.
Continuously explore and experiment with new AI video, image, voice, avatar, and editing tools.
Repurpose existing content into engaging AI-powered videos for different platforms.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver videos accordingly.
🧠 Required Skills
Strong expertise in Generative AI & AI Video Creation.
Excellent AI Prompt Engineering / Prompting Skills.
Hands-on experience with multiple AI video and creative tools.
Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
Experience with professional video editing software.
Ability to create content independently from a brief or simple idea.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and adapt to newly launched AI tools quickly.
⭐ We Prefer Candidates Who
Are genuinely passionate about AI-generated video content.
Have a strong portfolio of AI-generated videos/reels.
Can demonstrate their own AI video projects during the interview.
Know how to combine AI generation + professional video editing.
Can independently experiment, troubleshoot, and achieve the required visual output.
🛠️ Tools
Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar AI/creative platforms will be an advantage.
You don't need to know every tool — strong AI video creation ability and the ability to learn new tools are more important.
