About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, ads, campaigns, and marketing materials
Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms
Develop brand creatives, brochures, presentations, banners and promotional materials
Work closely with the Marketing, Content and HR teams to understand design requirements
Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
Edit and enhance images, illustrations and existing creative assets
Stay updated with current design trends, layouts, typography and visual styles
Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Experience with Canva and other modern design tools
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and branding
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to convert ideas into attractive visual concepts
Good communication and time-management skills
AI design/video tools knowledge will be an added advantage
Who We're Looking For
Someone who is creative, proactive and independently capable of handling day-to-day graphic design requirements with minimal supervision.
