Ideal candidate we are looking for:
● 5+ years of proven experience in high-end/luxury sales, online or offline (e-commerce experience preferred)
● Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools
● Transparent, collaborative and comfortable working with others.
Key Responsibilities:
● Apply product and brand knowledge to convert online leads into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
● Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements.
● Actively track leads, manage follow-ups and drive conversions.
● Manage customer retention and pre/post sale-escalations to ensure timely resolutions and an exceptional customer experience.
● Encourage customer reviews and testimonials to strengthen the brand’s luxury shopping experience and reputation.
● Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, goals and performance metrics.
● Identify and implement feedback to improve sales performance and customer experience.
● Customer Service: Assist new and existing customers with accurate, personalised guidance, including post-sale services such as resizing, repairs, exchanges and buy-backs.
● Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed customer records and complete required reports accurately and on time.
● Act as a brand advocate, educating customers on product options and USPs while upholding brand and company standards.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to collective projects and initiatives.
