Ideal candidate looking for:
Partners should recommend gemstones as part of their professional Jyotish consultation—not as conventional product salespeople. The role is responsible for helping astrologers recommend with confidence, authenticity and sufficient product/certification knowledge, while Vedic Gems manages sourcing, fulfilment, delivery and partner attribution.

4+ years of experience in B2B partner/channel sales or business development, with ownership of a partner portfolio.
Demonstrated experience recruiting, onboarding and activating a network of third-party partners, resellers, channel agents or professional referrers from scratch.
Strong field-sales orientation; comfortable with a meeting-heavy, in-person role and regular territory travel.
Hands-on experience using a CRM or pipeline-management tool for stage management, activity logging and reporting.
Strong Hindi and English communication skills; ability to build credibility with experienced professionals.
Comfort with targets, funnel metrics, partner productivity and revenue accountability.
