Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience gained specifically within a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work on multiple positions and meet defined hiring targets.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter in a recruitment firm/consultancy is mandatory.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Graduate preferred.
