Function: International Sales & Business Development
We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional with strong B2B sales experience in the diamond/jewellery industry to drive business across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new international clients, retailers, luxury brands and diamond/jewellery buyers.
Manage and grow existing international accounts.
Drive sales across Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada and Europe.
Handle pricing, negotiations, commercial terms and order closure.
Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Diamond Sorting and Logistics teams for order execution.
Track global market trends, competitor activity and diamond/precious metal pricing.
Represent the company at international jewellery exhibitions and trade shows.
Travel internationally for client meetings and business development.
Key Requirements
2–7+ years of B2B international sales experience in diamonds, jewellery or luxury goods.
Proven sales experience in international markets, especially Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada or Europe.
Strong understanding of diamonds, jewellery manufacturing and export documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
International client network will be an advantage.
International travel experience is mandatory.
Graduate/MBA or Gemology certification (GIA/IGI) preferred.
Knowledge of a foreign language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, French or Spanish will be an advantage.
