Responsibilities
Review high volumes of orders requiring manual fraud assessment and analyze order and customer information for potential fraud indicators.
Make risk-based decisions in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and service-level expectations.
Document review outcomes accurately and consistently, escalating complex or questionable cases as appropriate.
Navigate multiple systems and tools to complete order reviews efficiently while balancing productivity and accuracy.
Support the Asset Protection team by collaborating with internal partners, adapting to changing priorities, and helping protect against fraudulent transactions.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems while following established processes and handling sensitive information.
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; must be U.S.-based, with PST preferred.
Experience in fraud prevention, investigations, risk assessment, customer service, retail operations, analytical work, payment transactions, or order review is preferred.
