Role Description The Billing Manager at Nexise Manufacturing is a contract, remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing process and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing for all customer accounts. This role includes managing billing systems, reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling billing data with sales and finance records, and resolving billing discrepancies. The Billing Manager will monitor revenue cycle performance, generate reports and analyses, and collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to optimize billing workflows. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and continuously improving billing procedures to support financial stability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Billing Process and Invoicing, including end-to-end billing workflows and customer account management.
Proficiency with Billing Systems and related software tools, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize system usage.
Analytical Skills to interpret billing data, identify trends, detect discrepancies, and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including tracking receivables, supporting collections, and improving cash flow.
Relevant experience in billing or financial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with customers professionally.
Familiarity with accounting principles and compliance requirements; a degree or certification in finance, accounting, or business is beneficial.
